Nestled on the coveted Saadiyat Island, Saadiyat Lagoons – Clusters 5A & 2B is part of the ever popular Saadiyat Lagoons project, designed exclusively for UAE nationals. The construction of the project is set to begin in Q2 2023.

To customize your home, you are provided with an option to choose from a cool or a warm colour scheme, and on top of that, there are Standard and Premium packages which offer different finishes and appliances. The Premium variation offers a smart home package with 1 main door key-pad entry with a key, 1 doorbell with a camera and 2 external security cameras. At the same time, the Standard option will include only provisions for smart home solutions.
