Sea La Vie

Sea La Vie is a premium waterfront development on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, in the upscale Yas Bay location, and is the first project by the boutique developer; Nine Yards. The company was created through a partnership between Ethmar International Holding and Al Nahda International Holding. The master developer of the project is Miral.

The luxurious complex, located on a nearly 323,000 sq. ft beachfront site, will comprise 4 towers between 15–18 storeys in height with a common podium. The development will house 660 luxury residences, namely 1-4 bedroom apartments, 30 townhouses nestled along the promenade, 2 exclusive 4-bedroom penthouses, duplexes and lofts, as well as 5,372 sq. ft of retail space. The residential units range in size from 796 sq. ft to 6,835 sq. ft, including balconies.

The towers will be designed in an extraordinary triangular shape, providing the maximum number of residents with stunning waterfront and sea views. The stylish interiors of the residences are inspired by their natural surroundings, and will be designed in white, aqua and sand tones.
